These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If at any point during your booking these guidelines are breached, we reserve the right to cancel your session immediately without refund.
Arrival Times & Lateness
Please arrive on time for your booked session.
If you arrive late, unfortunately we cannot extend your booking time, and sessions cannot run beyond the allocated slot. Lateness does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking or vaping, the Fire Brigade may issue an £800 emergency call-out fee, which will be charged to the lead booker and must be paid within 7 days of notification. The lead booker is also responsible for the actions of any guests.
Guests are welcome to step outside for a smoke break under the guidance of studio staff.
Equipment & Studio Care
All studio equipment must be treated with care and respect.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or inappropriate handling will result in the lead booker being responsible for full repair or replacement costs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a voucher to rebook another session.
Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded, but you may transfer your session to a friend or contact us for assistance filling the slot.
Consideration of the Building & Neighbours
The studio is part of a shared building with other studios and professional musicians.
Please respect the surrounding spaces by avoiding excessive noise, shouting, or disruptive behaviour.

Guests
For radio bookings, we allow one guest per visitor.
For practice sessions, we allow up to three guests, whose names must be provided at the time of the initial booking.
If you arrive with additional guests beyond the number specified at booking, we can only provide entry to the confirmed guests. Any remaining guests will be asked to wait outside. There’s a great pub next door for anyone waiting!
If you wish to add a guest after booking, please contact us in advance at studio@clubcurated.co.uk. Approval will depend on capacity and availability.
